This will be your home for the next two nights. Sango Safari Camp is situated by the Khwai River, nestled in the bushes of the Khwai village. Styled as a classic tented safari camp, it offers an authentic and immersive bush experience. The region is teeming with wildlife, making it a perfect base for exploration.

Spend your first afternoon connecting with the local community and gaining insight into the indigenous culture. A guided cultural tour will allow you to engage with the people of Khwai village and understand their way of life.

Venture out in a 4x4 safari vehicle for an exhilarating game drive through the bush, tracking wildlife and enjoying the vast landscapes.

Later, switch gears and take to the water with a peaceful mokoro (dugout canoe) excursion, gliding silently through the channels in search of birdlife and aquatic animals.
